Security

You are trusting this with privileged client files. Here is how that trust is handled, in plain terms.

Where your data lives

Client files live in an access-controlled database, encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted with established infrastructure providers in the United States. Uploaded documents sit in private storage; every download link is signed and expires.

Tenant isolation

Every record carries your account's identity, and every request re-checks it on the server. Another attorney cannot reach your files, your templates, or your clients, and there is no shared workspace to misconfigure.

Your files are not training data

Client answers and documents are never used to train AI models, ours or anyone's. Drafting runs your templates against your client's intake answers; the output is yours, and the model providers we use are bound to the same no-training posture by contract.

Draft discipline

Everything the system generates carries a DRAFT watermark, and client review packets carry it too. Clean, unwatermarked versions exist only after you approve and finalize. Nothing leaves looking final unless you made it final.

Client links

Questionnaire and review links are single-purpose tokens that expire, are rate-limited, and reveal nothing when guessed wrong. Your client sees their questionnaire and their documents, never your workspace.

Paperwork

A data processing agreement is available on request, and we will answer a security questionnaire honestly, including the parts where the honest answer is that we are small.

Questions we did not answer here? Ask when you request access, and you will get a straight answer.
